The H138A is part of a full range of ProScan II stages designed to fit most upright microscopes. With the H138A you can automatically scan up to eight standard slides and store points for later recollection and inspection with unmatched repeatability. Sample holders can be released quickly and easily interchanged to increase processing speed. The H138A has specimen holders for up to eight standard slides, semiconductor wafers.
